Scope:

We were engaged by Caltex to design and build an automated injection system to deliver accurate volumes of specialised additive to their premium ‘Vortex’ fuel.
                                                                                                   
We selected:-

  • Storage tank to AS 1692-2006
  • Ebsray PD injection pump
  • 304 SS pipeline, valves & fittings
  • Hoffer turbine flowmeter
  • Enraf Contrec minipak 3000
Our team undertook the civil works and mechanical installation with the electrical works subcontracted to a Caltex approved contractor.
Health, Safety & Environmental: The work was performed on an operating depot using our own safe work management system and under hot work permits provided by the depot operator.
